The fastest way to reach us is by email at support@routerbase.com. We typically respond within one business day, often faster.

If you're reporting a security issue, please include "Security" in the subject line so we can route it to the right person on call.

What to include

To help us respond quickly, include where relevant:

  • The email address associated with your RouterBase account.
  • The model ID, request ID, or timestamp of the problematic call (visible in your dashboard logs).
  • Any error message you saw, or a description of expected vs actual behavior.
  • For billing questions, the order ID or transaction reference.

Common requests

  • Account or login issues — email us with the address on the account.
  • Billing and refunds — see the Refund Policy for eligibility, then email us with the transaction reference.
  • Quota or rate-limit increases — email us with your typical request volume and any upcoming traffic spikes.
  • Privacy or data requests — see the Privacy Policy; email us to exercise your rights.
  • Security disclosures — please do not file public issues; email us first so we can patch and credit responsibly.
  • Press, partnerships, or enterprise sales — email us with a brief note about your use case and we'll route it to the right person.
